Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Traedon Group LLC ("Traedon," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website and services of Traedon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services

Traedon provides digital marketing, revenue engineering, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific client agreement, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Traedon Group LLC. Client assets produced during paid engagements (such as ad creatives or landing pages) become the property of the Client upon full payment, subject to license for portfolio use by Traedon.

4. Payment & Refunds

Consulting fees and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Marketing spend (paid to third-party platforms like Meta or Google) is the sole responsibility of the Client and is not processed through Traedon's accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Traedon Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Analytics & Data

We utilize third-party tools to analyze website traffic and marketing performance. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party data sources (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager) as they are subject to attribution modeling and privacy constraints.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
