1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Traedon Group LLC ("Traedon," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website and services of Traedon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services

Traedon provides revenue infrastructure engineering, custom software development, and grounded AI workflow implementation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are defined at intake and, for larger engagements, in individual statements of work (SOW) or client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific client agreement, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Traedon Group LLC. Custom software, workflows, and other deliverables produced during a paid engagement become the property of the Client upon full payment, subject to a license for portfolio use by Traedon.

4. Payment & Refunds

Engagement fees and retainers are processed via our payment provider and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. If the agreed deliverables for a validation sprint are not achieved, you retain ownership of any architecture and planning assets produced during the engagement, having invested only the sprint fee — see your specific engagement terms for the exact scope of this guarantee.

5. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimers

In no event shall Traedon Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

AI workflows, automated triage tools, and algorithmic data pipelines are designed to assist operational decision-making. Traedon does not warrant that AI model outputs or third-party foundational model providers will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to third-party API changes.

6. Analytics & Data

We utilize third-party analytics and monitoring tools to understand website traffic and product performance. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party data sources, as they are subject to attribution modeling and privacy constraints. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you and Traedon agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services through informal direct negotiation for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
