Ongoing work, without the hiring.
Some work is not finished in one go. It needs building, trying, adjusting, and building more. Ongoing work is for that. You bring the problem, we set aside time every month, agree what to build next, and you keep what we build.
Custom solutions to your problem
You bring the problem.
A process that takes too long, a system that does not exist yet, numbers nobody can get to, a task nobody has time for.
Or we help you find it first.
If you know something is wrong but not what, we can start by looking at how the business runs, then agree what to fix.
We write down what solved looks like.
Each month we agree what to build next toward it, so you always know where the work stands.
How a month runs
We agree the scope in writing before work starts: the problem to solve, what solved looks like, and how much time is set aside each month.
Every week we meet on priorities, and you get a short report on what was done.
Between meetings the systems we build keep running, whether or not anyone is at a desk. People work the time set aside for you.
The monthly time is a ceiling, not a target: up to the amount in your scope is available, and time not used does not carry over.
If something new comes up, we add it to the plan by agreement. Nothing is added to your bill without your say.
Why monthly
Some work cannot be priced as one fixed job, because what we learn in the first weeks changes what comes next. Monthly lets us adjust as we go, and you can pause or stop.
The same time can also go to steady work
These are examples, not a complete list.
Marketing
Ad campaigns, social media, email, and the posts and pages that go with them. You pay the ad platforms directly and the accounts stay in your name.
Your website and web apps
New pages, changes, fixes and improvements.
Systems that talk to each other
Details entered once instead of three times, every inquiry answered and followed up, and a person on your team stepping in when it matters.
Reports
Numbers you can read, built automatically from the tools you already use.
Automation and AI, where they fit
Whichever of automation, AI or machine learning suits the problem. One example is an automated help desk that answers common questions and passes the rest to a person.
Help desk and technical questions
Help for your team with day-to-day questions about their tools and systems. What this covers is agreed in your written scope.
Equipment and hardware
Buying, setting up and repairing computers and office equipment can be arranged by agreement and is priced separately.
What you keep
- You own what we build, in your own accounts. If you stop, you keep it.
- There is no long-term contract. You can pause or stop.
What is not included
Plain boundaries, so nobody is surprised.
Advertising budget and other fees you pay a third party.
Ad platforms and software you choose to buy are billed to you directly and keep their own terms.
Promised results.
We write down what solved looks like and report against it every week. We do not promise a number of leads, sales or search rankings.
People on call around the clock.
The systems we build run around the clock; our people work the time set aside. On-call cover is only included if it is written into your scope.
Legal, tax and accounting advice.
Work outside the written scope.
Not included until we agree it with you.
Who it is for, and questions.
Businesses with a real problem to solve or something to build, who want steady help getting there. Whether a one-time project or ongoing work fits is something we work out together, after we talk.
What does it cost?
The price is set out on the Pricing page. We agree the scope and the monthly fee in writing before any work starts.
Is there a contract?
There is no long-term contract. The scope and the fee are agreed in writing at the start, and you can pause or stop.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You own the code, the setup and the accounts. If you stop, you keep them.
Do you run my ads?
We plan and run campaigns. You pay the ad platforms directly, and the ad and social accounts stay in your name.
Is a one-time project or ongoing work right for me?
It depends on what you want built and what the end result needs to be. Some things are finished in a couple of weeks; others grow over several rounds. We decide together, after we talk.
What if I am not sure what the problem is?
Tell us what feels wrong or what takes more time than it should. We can start by looking at how the business runs, then agree what to fix.
Who does the work?
Traedon. For each job we bring in the right people for it.
