Technical Program Manager

The Mission

We sell complex infrastructure sprints. Your job is to ensure they are delivered with military precision. You interface between the Revenue Engineers and the Client, translating business needs into technical tickets.

What You Will Build

• Managing the 14-Day 'Pilot' timeline to ensure zero slippage.
• Translating client emails into rigid technical requirements for engineers.
• Running daily standups and unblocking the technical team.
• Owning the 'Client Portal' updates so they never have to ask 'What's the status?'

Who You Are

• PMP or Agile certification (preferred but not required if you have battle scars).
• Experience managing technical projects (you know what an API is).
• Radical candor: You are comfortable telling a client 'No' to save the timeline.
• Mastery of Linear/Jira/Asana.
