The Mission

You are not a media buyer. You are a tactician. Your job is to look at a client's P&L, identify the 'Strategic' customers, and design the 12-month campaign architecture to acquire more of them. You manage the war room.

What You Will Build

• Design the 'Market Dominance Blueprint' for Phase 2 clients.
• Audit client pricing elasticity using Van Westendorp models.
• Direct the creative team on 'Performance Angles' (not just pretty visuals).
• Own the ROAS number. If the client doesn't profit, we have failed.

Who You Are

• Managed >$1M in ad spend (Meta/Google).
• Deep understanding of Unit Economics (CAC, LTV, MER).
• Ability to write 'Direct Response' copy that converts cold traffic.
• Zero tolerance for 'Brand Awareness' campaigns that don't track revenue.
